Default NISMO parts from dealer - HELP

I have posted part of this before but...I ordered a Nismo R-tune clutch assembly and flywheel through my local dealer here in NJ at a cost of over 1400.00 and I was told I was getting ripped off so I talked with Jason at PerformaneNissanParts and he can sell them for 991 plus shipping (est 25)...

Now I have talked to the parts manager and he says he can't even get them for that low a cost so how does Jason do it? Do I have any recourse with my dealer since I have already given them the ok to buy the parts (the clutch is in and the flywheel could be in later today)...can I cancel if they don't do better with the price? If I can I would like to cancel and order from Jason...any ideas?

Fritz

If you haven't given a deposit on the parts then I wouldn't worry about it. They're bound to sell the parts to someone else.

i'd only order nismo parts from performance nissan - don't bother with any other dealership

I looked into buying my nismo exhaust from a local dealer here and with tax it was going to be like $130 more than what performance nissan was charging out the door

If you are on the east coast you will save alot of money on shipping by using leeparts.com

Wow pretty sketchy. No we can't do that price. Going somewhere else???? Wait I can chop $400 off of that.

I'm glad you got them to drop the price. I'd suggest you get a hard quote for the install, the dealer should have an exact time and cost for the replacement.

The reason why we have the best prices on Nismo products is because we are the largest distributor for Nismo in North America, soon globally.
