The avenger ones ran 150. But that was out of 6061 T6 crap aluminum. 7075 would prolly be a better bet. Its less likely to deform when cranked on over time.

I COULD do whatever you want. Just takes a cad file and a trip to the machine shop. Depends what kinda underdrive you want.

How about a 20% decrease in O.D. and the savings in weight??

Anyone know what material the stocker is? I can figure up the weight savings in a jiff.

hey your the metal man, you cant tell? (Im serious, I know nothing about metal, but you cant tell just by looking?)

20% underdrive savings? so that means all the accesories will be 20% less powerful?

dont suppose you could do like 10 or 15% for those of us that are concerned about AC power... its hot here in GA, you should know that. no such thing as too much AC.

Like i said before, you WILL NOT notice it. This has been confirmed with testing. YES if you run 30%+ you will notice the a/c being less effective at idle.

Sure 10%, 20% whatever, it can be done!

No, i havent looked at the metal so i dont know

Yup you would need slightly longer belts. Its usually a guessing game to get the belts right......but once you DO, its the same belt every time. Just takes a few trips to the autostore if your the first person doing it. Aftermarkets usually underdrive 30%

Id guess 200ish for the pulley out of 7075 CNC cut.

grab a string and wrap it around the pulleys... wouldnt that get you a nice ball park? eh, maybe thats too easy.

dont you need like an exact size or wont it start slipping in the rain or something? how many various sizes do they make?

if you decide to do it, any chance you could have them anodized in blue or something? a little something to spruce up the engine bay.

keep us updated.

ares, there are usually tensioners,, you have to get it in a certain range. but things can be adjusted to take up a slight bit of slack
