gonna rev up my engine to 7300rpm, and wondering if upgrading con-rod and high strength valve spring is good enough?

Its all about Harmonics at higher rpms.

You need new rod-bolts. I hear u can run stock con-rods with upgraded rod bolts up to 7200rpm. However, for piece of mind the con-rods should be replaced. Pauter, Crower, and a few others make con-rods for the VQ35DE.

What are you doing to the motor to take advantage of the higher rpms? To make power up there, you should do cams and an plenum at least. Port the heads too if its in your budget.

Also, if its in your budget, go with some aftermarket rods and pistons so you can rev to 8,000.

con-rod, con-rod bolts, and high strenght spring valve should do the trick.
