Default Quick question on 350Evo 3.9 pricing

I'd ask them directly, but its pretty late...

3.917 gears with OEM LSD assembled is $2,150.

Is the $500 core charge on TOP of that? Or is it included so you pay $1,650?

Debit card is burning a hole in my pocket, and if its $2150, I might have to pour some water on it.

TIA

Read the bottom of that link:
(A core charge of $500.00 is added to the price and then refunded once we receive your reusable complete housing. If you decide to keep your housing, an additional charge of $750.00 will be billed to your credit card for a total of $1,250.00.)

Seems kinda a lot just for gears....damn 350evo's products are pricey.

I read that a few times, but yeah, I guess it was wishfull thinking.

I guess, I need to find a shop that can do the ring and pinion install because I already have the OEM LSD.

That is for a complete housing with Viscous diff,3.9 ring and pinion, new bearings, crush sleeve, pinion nut, seals, shimms and 8.5 hours of labor to put it together ....Its not just the gears.
The core charge is refunded once we get your housing back.
Gears by themselves are $849.
Hope this helps
