All this time I thought I was using the Boolean.

I did try searching using the same key words, with and without the Boolean search. It does narrow down how many threads are listed.

+1 on "titles only". I never search any other way. This is one reason I'm addiment about people titling their threads with good key words. It makes searching a pleasant experience.
