Default JWT Clutch/Flywheel Break In

Just got the JWT clutch/flywheel combo put in my Z along with a new tranny that Nissan warrentied for me. (thanks fellas) Car has 32k miles on it. I've been told that I need to break in the clutch. Do I not go over 3 grand on the rpms? What do they mean by breaking it in and for how many miles? Thanks for any help.

Just take it easy for 400 miles (street driving!) and you will be fine.

I got the exact same setup installed today, and I recently made a call to JWT tech support to ask this very question. They suggested no full throttle runs or quick gear changes for a couple hundred miles...let me tell you how tough that's going to be!
