What are the benefits of using either 1 step hotter / colder plugs vs the OEM.

I know one is geared more toward highway vs .city. Pros, CONS? ADV/ DISADV?

One step colder is suitable for F/I or NOS applications. For all other setups, I would run standard temp OEM style plugs.
