ok, i'll be the first one to say it since no one else has. USE THE SEARCH! IT WORKS AWESOMELY
but truthfully, the most effective way to get that power level is going nitrous or forced induction. (aka turbo or supercharger)

to do 350 crank hp with no FI, simply do all the NA mods
cams, intake, intake manifold, headers, cats, exhaust, pulley, clutch/flywheel, and gears
I'd recomend a way to tune it - emanage ultimate seems to be the best option right now that is reasonably priced.
you'd probably also want better tires and lighter weight wheels, and possibly an LSD as well as any weight saving items
it'll be cheaper to go FI. The stillen kit offers a full warrenty on your engine. But you will have the potential reliability issues and more weight to the front of the car (bad for handling and accelleration)
If you pick ALL the right parts, you MIGHT be able to reach 350 crank hp. Most people with maxed out NA parts are in the 330-340 crank hp range
the gearing the clutch/flywheel will make the car feel like it has 380-400hp because they'll accellerate you into the power faster, though they won't actually gain horsepower. They'll gain accelleration, but won't change the hp/tq numbers - these are sometimes hugely overlooked mods and both offer probably the best bang for the buck in terms of NA performance

yeah there's a lot of people out there that all they see is HP numbers
they don't think about weight, drivetrain weight, gearing, traction, and handling.
I get people in parking lots ask me how I like my car. Then ask if it's fast. And it's like wtf am I supposed to say to that? I just end up saying, "yeah it's pretty quick, I've done a lot of stuff to it."
lotus elise owners have a ***** of a time with this. People turn up their nose at them when they realize that car "only" has 190 hp
