i have an 03' base thats factory and sometimes when i first get in the car to put it in first or reverse i hear this weird noise like an example say you had a chain and you pulled it tight and the links made a noise connecting to one another mixed with kind of a popping noise....thats all i got, couldnt think of any other example but what could it be? it does it mosly when the car has been parked for a while....thanks for any help...

 

Its the rear axle clicking noise.
You can bring it to the dealership and that will cover under the warranty.

Dealers might not have the parts in stock.

So, call them before you go.

bearing assy. rear (part# 43210-AL505)
axle outer joint assy. (part# 39211-73L00)
repair kit, dust boot outer. (part# 39241-73L28)
