Default clutch/flywheel combo thoughts/suggestions + clutch biting point

hello all, need some advice/thoughs/suggestions on choosing a good street clutch/flywheel combo. My 2005 35th anniversary is stock enginewise and I feel the only real problem is picking up/losing rpm. The car has great low down torque but is a bit slow in pick up IMO. Have had a look around and am set on either NISMO or JWT. Please help decide.
Also, would like to know whether as a result of changing both clutch and flywheel, the clutch biting point has lowered. I have read the "clutch engagement lowering point" thread and depending on your feedback I will decide whether to wait for the clutch/flywheel combo install to have it done (or do it myself) right away-I find the biting point is too high for a sports car.
Let me know! Ciao! M
