-Turbonetics Single Turbo
-Stillen Supercharger

If NA:

-UR Crank Pulley
-Motordyne Plenum Spacer with Iso Thermal System
-3.9 Gears & LSD
-Clutch and Flywheel
-Sway Bars
-Springs
-Test Pipes

There are more, but that is what I can think of at this hour

Vortech is a better bang for the buck mod than the still supercharger. It is less expensive and put out more power.

But the Vortec is but not nearly as well thought out and has to be tuned. Though Stillen requires the hood....all depends on the customer I suppose.

the 3.9 gears are the ring and pinion. While it does make a nice difference, as an owner of it, I would not call it bang for the buck at all - about $1400 when it's alll said and done between parts and install. Does it make the car more fun? Absolutely. If I were to build another Z today would I do it? Absolutely not (and this is coming from someone who pays wholesale for parts and who usually does not pay for labor either).

actually the vortech comes with a very conservative tune out of the box that will yeild about 330whp. tuning is only need if you want more power.

There is not such “best bang for bucks” list, but there is plenty of information along that line. Just look at posts like “What is the best intake” and you'll see a debate about performance and value. The Acme XZY is the top performer at $500, but you can get the Gizmo intake for $125 and it will perform about the same. Every modification post is essentially a debate about performance vs dollars. Just read.

Id have to disagree....the Vortec is rich as hell out of the box, to the point where tuning becomes "mandatory" (IMHO), not "only for more power". YMMV

Plus, with the cost to tune any of th FI kits being so modest relative to the kit prices, and with it being well shown that everyone's car tends to react a bit differently to the same mods (as all cars do...they are like fingerprints), tuning, is what makes or breaks not only power but reliability

I would say pretty much any type of F/I is the best bang for the buck, just because if you spent the same amount of money on N/A as you could spend for F/I, you will get A LOT more power from F/I. As previously stated, the Turbonetics ST would probably be one of the best options for people that are looking to just get around 400rwhp, and its also one of the cheapest F/I kits out there.

If you really want to stay N/A then I'd suggest:

-JWT Popcharger
-AAM or Motordyne Plenum Spacers
-Kinetix Resonated test pipes
-Crawford headers (they're pretty expensive, but IMO they're worth it)
-UR Crank Pulley
-JWT Flywheel and Clutch
-Hotchkiss sway bars
-Exhaust of your choice (Nismo & Borla are some of the cheaper ones and they prove to be good enough for NA)

btw, I see that you're from Miami, so stop by www.sfzcc.com, and join us at some of our meets.

^^^^ I Agree Look below at my sig lol . Just not the Crawford Headers.. To much money, even though they are the best out there. Bang for buck would be Strup or DC. ESP. If you can find them used.
