man. you are at 21mpg with pop charger?

hmm. this makes me think. im at 24mpg. totally stock. little heavier than stock with all the soundsystem stuff.

is pop-charger actually hurting the gas milage?

No, my MPG has not changed since it is new.

It probably has more to do with

1) how aggressive you/he drives
2) the mix of city and highway miles driven

than with just the pop-charger.
