The best we've seen posted on a dyno is 244 RWHP is it not?

best Ive seen.

perhaps there "stock" was actually with an exhaust? and ummm other stuff since I dont see any exhausts giving 16hp around here. maybe a light weight flywheel? or lighter rims.... I donno. perhaps one of those dynos that connect to where the wheels are and dyno about 10HP higher than normal?

"How did they get 260rwhp stock?"

They may be using a Dynapack dyno, like Amuse. 260 seems to be what the 350Z dynos at on these dynos. The dyno attaches to the wheel hubs. Thus eliminating loss through the wheel/tire. This means higher numbers. But it would also seem to mean more consistency between runs because tire air pressure and tire temp are not part of the equation.

There is an owner of just such a dyno on the board. He might be able to provide better data. But he has already done a really good right up about dynos in general. I guess this would be another idea for the elusive FAQ section

I just wish there was more data to the article. We already had guessed at a lot of it. There is still speculation about a lot of things even after the article. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the folks over at club350 taking the time to do the article. I just wish Mike from Greddy would have provided a few more nuggets of information.
