I am debating on either a set of headers or a set of test pipes. Which will give me the best performance increase with the lease noise? I love the sound of modded cars but I prefer to not wake up the neighbors and set of car alarms.

 

headers will be quieter than test pipes - get resonated test pipes though if you get test pipes, none of us likes the fart can civic sound
