Default LSD for a base 350z

Anyone know where a good place to score an LSD for my base 350z? Would it be a fairly straight forward swap? I'm not looking to drop $700-$800 for a Kaaz or $1k for a nismo, i'm looking for a stock lsd, even a low mile used one.....any suggestions?

Check the private classifieds. There was someone who has a nismo used for $550
I thought that seemed to be a fair price.

you gonna need more than the vlsd to install into the base models.

as far as installs are concerned, Super Street Mag (November 05 Edition) has an install article on a Nismo LSD onto a S13. It's on page 156-161 if ur interested. they also have an article on how to install vertical doors...next article after LSD install. good luck.

I have a base myself, and to do the VLSD swap, it's cheaper and best if you find someone selling the complete diff pumpkin VLSD.

Higher gearing for better acceleration. That would be perfect for someone with a supercharger on an AT.

The 3.5 is perfect for the AT5 . ANy higher would be to much for a SC car . I'll be making over 400whp when Im done this winter and I have a 3.3 LSD ready to go back in if 1st gear goes by to fast to be effective
