With the right tools and some mechanical ability, on a scale from 1 to 10, its a 7. First time, it should take you about ten or more hours, and yes its possible on jackstands.

first time i did it the motor was out of the car. now i get to do it with the engine in the car in about a week. i have done it many times on other cars. it is fun on jack stands when you drop the tranny on your chest and try to crawl back from under the car with it, lol. auto's suck!!

You need a T-55 Torx for the flywheel bolts and disc alignment tool (given), if you have done other clutches not to bad a job. lots of room for access in fact its easy compared to most sticks. Trans weights 147lbs. It is two big dudes needed, maybe, but two normal guys can balance it on a jack and not get hurt..

Na its not bad. I've done it on a supra and its not bad if you have a friend and jack stands and a coaster. Its heavy though so be careful.
