solid motor mounts do alot more than just a solid tranny mount. solid motor mounts take out all sideways movement, where just having a solid tranny mount puts tons of stress on the mount and trans crossmember when the engine twists from factory engine mounts.

I have the same shifter and love it. This mod made me not hate the Nissan tranny so much.

Different car, but the last time i tried a solid trans mount with out solid engine mounts it ripped the threads out of the transmission. Probably be a good thing if you all ready have the engine mounts, but not on its own.

Hi mclovin350z.
Could you please measure it for me on a piece of paper, how big is the bottom, draw the rektangular side with the two holes, the longside & shortside. You know the usual, width, hight etc... So we can get the exact mesurements. Please be so precise as you can be.... You can scan it and e-mail it or fax it to me.

fax number 004640981431
email paul.sico@gmail.com

sorry for my spelling. I am Swedish :-)

thanks in advance Paul
