AWD for 350Z

This may sound crazy but would it be possible to take an AWD system from a Infiniti FX 35 and install it into a 350Z? If were possible, would this help the Z shoot around corners better and faster?

i was thinking about it with a G35X not that i want it of course but if it was possiable.. and it is like everything possiable with $
