A couple of us are considering braided brake lines to improve braking performance & reliability. I did a search and only came up with the StopTec system for $thousands. Nope, just looking for braided lines right now, thanks.

Does anyone out there have any experience with this? Is there a kit, or can we just buy braided line and cut to fit? We're fairly competent mechanically, but I know that brakes aren't something to screw around with lightly.

Any advice would be appreciated.
