Default How much WHP...

.. will i get. from an HKS high power exhaust, an injen cold air intake, DC sports headers, a random tech high flow, skunk 2 plentium spacer, and is there any other products that are better than these and what other products are there that will increase my HP without turbo-charging or super-charging? what is the max HP i can get my car up to also without turbo or super charging? lastly, will a fly wheel and new clutch add HP to my car.. and if so.. which ones? money is not a concern (i don't want to put cams on either) this is a stock 2004 350z. thanks for your help!

Search is your friend... Use it...
I would recommend looking at what others have done and what's worked for them. Depends a lot on your taste in sound of exhaust and all that.. i say do a lot of reading before you buy anything to get what you desire otherwise you're gonna throw your money away... search and read A LOT

If money is not a concern and you don't want to go FI (i know you said no cams, but sorry) I would do the AEBS 4.3 stroker kit with 11.5:1 CR, HUGE cams, built heads with oversized valves, all supporting bolt-ons, and motec. This combination will give you huge NA gains. I know you won't do this, but it is just wishful thinking.

And a turbo Z car pushing only 7PSI will still put the hurt on that NA setup for about half the cost. Join the FI crowd. Move to the dark side. It's the only way.

I know FI will own NA in pure power, but there is just something about an NA motor that I like. I like FI also, don't get me wrong, but NA is more my style. But who knows, my desires could change.

Unless your rich... your not becasue you drive a Z and want to go fast...... turbo's are the only way to go.

For $5000 there is no discussion of NA/FI. 380 RWHP can't be done NA for even double that.

This is an academic discussion to have over a beer at the bar. When you have to pony up to the table and flip the bill FI is the only way to do it.

I like the fact for $5000 I can have 380 rwhp.

Well turbo kits don't blow motors. Bad tuning does. For a stock car the Turbonetics kit is awesome, and works well. 360-380 rwhp out of the box. You will likely need a new clutch, and wider tires. 275 minimum in the rear. 295 being a better choice. Other than a few guages you are good to go. You will be overwhelmingly likely to never have a problem, and run WOT all day long. All the NA mods your looking to do to your motor will void the warranty anyway. Sooooo go big time.

Just because you put the "best" mods known mods/brands on doesnt mean you'll get the best gains. The secret is finding out what mods work best together. With that set up you could be 255whp or be around stock power levels, it depends a lot on your ECU and how your car handles the mods. I suggest you do some research and try to learn-there is plenty of good info on this board and there have been many "what is the best XXXX threads"....

id say 450 whp with those mods. have the dyno operator adjust the load and correction settings and youre a happy camper. without a baseline you have no grounds to even compare the gains u get with those mods. a dyno is not a bragging tool, its a tuning tool.

The sound. Lighter then being turboed. Not having to add a power helper.

Where in California are you, Adam? For 16K I can definately hook you up with an awesome APS TT install and you will own an absolute monster, 450 whp at least safely on a stock block. It will be reliable and you will not blow your motor because it will have an very safe tune from a pro Z car shop that has done at least 25 APS TT installs and tunes. You could have that for less than 16K and spend the rest on other goodies like rims and tires or suspension or whatever. Is your Z a 6 speed manuel?

How do you know how much money I have? Right now I would rather try it NA. FI would get me there, but everyone and their brother has done FI. I have not seen many NA build-ups. What kit are you talking about doing for $5k. Does this include clutch/flywheel, gauges, fuel managment, and possibly a boost controler. Also, 380rwhp is near the limits of the stock fuel system.
