Peronsally, i've never done a high speed shift from 5th-6th, but it might be how u shift. Theres actually a notch on the right most side of teh H pattern that the shifter can get stuck in, which happens to me at lower speeds. Try shifting straight into 6th instead of to the right hard and then down

I would think this is what's happening -

Edit-and for the 3-6 gear skipper, WTF! Just shift up through the gears if a 3-6 is notchy, damn-didnt know driving a MT required more than common sense....
I've been having trouble getting it into 5th but only recently and when I'm really getting on it. Took it to dealer and they said there is nothing wrong with it. I wanted to tell him "try shifting at 7 grand". LOL

I have to do this multiple times a day and it is a pain to hold in the clutch and put it in 4th then 5th then 6th and let the clutch out. I am not lazy and have plenty of common sense. It is just a pain sometimes and I wanted to ask if there might be a problem with the transmission.
You don't have to be such an a$$ to someone just asking an honest question. If everyone acted like you then no one would want to use this forum because every time someone asked a question they would be insulted. Some of us can be mature and use it for what it was created for...
Sorry I offended you-that wasnt my intention. Seriously though-and Im not being a d!ck, if your too lazy to shift up and rev a little through the gears you shoulda bought an auto. I NEVER skip gears, just doesnt feel natural....
