recently I had the SP customs grind cams installed and don't get me wrong, they felt absolutely GREAT! it's amazing to see our motors go to 7300rpms. however, after about a week of driving, i noticed that it felt like i was losing torque around 2-4k rpms. so to put my suspicions to rest, i conducted a sort of field test. i raced my cousins g35. i usually take him by about 3-4 cars from 2nd gear but this time it was different. i raced him and beat him by about 1 car! he has SP custom exhuast, headers, CAI, and a plenum. i've raced him many times and never has it ever been this close. I called ted about the problem this morning and he seemed very upset as well. hopefully we'll be able to figure out what's wrong and remedy the problem. oh well, i guess it's good to have a loyal tuner always by your side! i'll keep your guys updated!
