Did the tint mess up your Tire Pressure sensor
I read in the Owner manual and on here that the not to use Metalized tint, because of the tire pressure sensor. What did everyone use. All tints that I know of have metal in them (except the dye type which turn purple). Did the tint mess up your sensor? Is it ok to use the standard titanium based tints? I am going to have mine done this saturday, but don't really want to mess up the tire pressure sensor.
Any feed back would be great.
TIA

aren't the tire pressure things RF?
imho. the signals dont go out your window, around the car and down the the tires.
the RF signals will most likely xfer thru the inside of the car to your computer's receiver.
dont worry.
even radar detectors only get minimal affect from tint... unless you have a heat shield of foil wrapped around your car, you should be fine.

The owners manuals always put the worst case senerios, and being I have only had this car since Saturday, I just wanted to be sure.
