Default Suspension member what?

so I just got my Z back from the dealer after having them replace my trans due to a 3rd gear grind and fix a leak coming from the rear differential (which happened to show up right after I had them do the axle clicking TSB). here is what they replaced for the trans:

30210-CD020 COVER ASSY
30502-69F10 BEARING REH01AA R&I MT ASSY
30100-CD019 DISC ASSY
32010-CD008 TRANS

looks to me like a new clutch, pressure plate and trans. although I don't know what the 4th item is, anyone know? as for the trans, it doesn't feel all that much better than my previous trans, its still somewhat clunky and notchy so I guess I'll just have to see if I end up with the same issues later.

as for the rear differential leaking thing this is what they replaced:

55400-CD020 MEMBER COM

I would assume that they would just replace the differential cover but I don't think thats what they did. can anyone give me some input? maybe andy or jason?

thanks

4th item is throw out bearing. your diff. item could just be a gasket.

I thought it might be, however I didn't think it was part of the normal items they replace under warranty with a trans. anyone else have an idea of what the differential item is or know of a website that you can search via nissan part #?

yeah, they decided they'd do the recall w/o asking me. but why would they change out a suspension member for that, unless they fuct they thing up when they were doing the recall work? damn it.

sounds like your project is coming along. are you working towards a drifting platform? there are lots of guys here in hawaii selling their s13's and s14's along with lots of parts due to the track closure. I sympothize with the gfriend being outta town thing, you can get so much more done w/o having to entertain them can't wait to see the end result.
