Default Oil leak

I developed an oil leak in the last couple weeks after storing my car over the winter. I'm pretty sure it coming from the oil pan gasket. How can this happen? I tightened the bolts down a little, but didn't want to strip them. Anyone know the torque specs for those bolts? Should I buy a new gasket from the dealer?

Its an RTV gasket.... go get some RTV for auto. Take off oil pan. Scrape away old gasket...apply RTV. Tighten back up.. wait 30min - hour... and woolah

I have just under 36k miles. Should this have to be done already. I was going to take it to the dealer and have them mess with it while I get a recall fixed. I can certainly replace the gasket myself, but if this is uncommon at this milage, I'd rather have the dealer take care of it under warrenty.
