We build a lot of high quality headers and manifolds now for the EVO, SRT, STI's, etc. All of them get Thermal Coated for sure. Perfect fitment would of course be a good selling point as I guarantee that would be spot on.

The Turbonetics kit is pretty cheap for what you get. It would be hard to be those in price as they sell for what 5K?

Assuming you can get these perfect what would be the time frame before production. Turbonetics is poised to release Stage 1.5 and this would be a great add on for that. Ditto for Stage 2 later this year. Like I said if you need test vehicles I am their 04 test car and there two other test cars as well..

R&D and production on a nice set would be a couple weeks. The set up for the Turbonetics kit is the stock manifolds correct? Just wondering what kind of clearences we need to worry about.

I think our exhaust are 2.75 inches in diameter. So how about a Y Pipe with 2.5 Inlets and a 2.75 Outlet. WIth flex joints to help eliminate cracking of high flow cats.

The 2.5 Inlet Y Pipe would also be perfect since most high flow cats have 2.5 outlets.

long tube headers would be awsome. keep the runners small so we dont loose torque and i bet that they would be easier to install that shorty headers.

Ya, we are coming out with some new custom headers shortly. I am sure they will perform as well or better than anything currently on the market. We will only be offering them with a lifetime warranty and Thermal Coating.
