Oil and Plugs.

I have 50 some thousand miles on my 03. Is it ok to go synthetic? What brand do you guys recommend. Also I want a good spark plug. I will be adding a new exhaust, headers and pulleys and spacer pretty soon. What plug do you recommend?

About 40k miles overdue on synthetic. Mobil1 is very good, so are many others. Iridium Denso plugs are very good, a couple of others.
