i have kinetix v+, k&n typhoon, ur pulley, kinetix hi flow cats, borla td, jwt fly and clutchmasters clutch. grounding kit. i always hear of people saying stuff about tuning and all this things. to tell you the truth i dont know much about this. .car feels ALOT faster but is it to its full potential? What should be my next step if any.

 

How much money you want to spend? Speed cost money, your budget is the limit...

 

im going to S/C in a about six months or so. but what i dont know about is the tuning stuff and (emanage) (UTEC) ALL THIS STUFF. do i need to tune? or can someone explain what tuning is?

The emanage, utec, unichip, etc. work with your factory ecu to facilitate tuning which is basically adjusting your cars Air/Fuel Ratio, Timing, Fuel Delivery and Boost where applicable to optimize its efficiency and power output. Without one of those you could have a tune done by having your ECU reflashed/tuned by a place like Technosquare or AAM. Search around here a bit too and you can find much info. Hope that helps.

I'd suggest saving your money at this point and getting the supercharger, headers and a UTEC all at once.

 

ok thats a good suggestion. i guess this solves my issues. i just wanted to know if the tuning had to be done right away or if it would mess up my car if i didnt. i see you have some headers for sale?
