Default flywheel question

Since a Jwt flywheel is much lighter then stock and it doesn’t add horse power it frees up hp. exactly how much hp are you freeing up with this mod along with ud pulleys’. Generaly
And if a z does 5.2 to 5.4 (0 to 60) since the accleration wil be faster how much does it shave off your 0 to 60 just trying to get an estimate of how it will acclerate with this mod. compared to stock... generally speaking
Or can someone just give me a good refrence of how much faster the car will accelerate with ud pull and jwt flywheel as opposed to stock.

I think the general rule of thumb is 2 hp/lb at the crank.
