HELP, how to Change spark plugs?

can anyone help me out, coz i want to change the spark plugs on my car. thank you!

Do a search man Ive posted an ok pretty detailed post regarding doing this and what gets in the way, so have others. Unfortunately for you Im not typing all of that again...

In all honnestly, if you have to ask, you shouldnt be doing yourself!
