Unhappy Stillen Oil Pan Spacer

I think I have messed up. I installed a Stillen oil pan spacer to add a quart of oil to the oil pan. When I tightened up the longer oil pan bolts I think I over tightened the bolts and stripped the engine block threads.

Can this situation be saved? All suggestions welcome.

Thanks

You'll need to re-tap the threads. With an aluminum block you cannot afford another oops, if you're up for it go ahead. Otherwise I would bring it to a pro.

If the threads are in fact stripped, you will probably have to install Helicoils.

Well if you only did it on one screw, then you'll be fine. If you screwed them all up, then you will need to retap at a minimum.
