Default Awesome Greddy Pics and Info!!

http://www.streetsports.com/Tune/350Z/GReddy.htm

Check out the new exhaust, 350 RWHP, and Body Kit coming.

Also,

http://www.i-m-racing.com/indevgredtd1.html

Says 417 RWHP at .7 bar. I think the 350 HP above is at .45 kg/cm^2

Mark

I'm sure it would burn more fuel; But, someone who was going to add F.I. in the first place probably places "fuel economy" at the bottom of their priority list.

If i was making 417 @ the wheels, I wouldn't care if I was getting 20 or 15 mpg.

well yeah for 20psi youd need some prep work. but just saying, the potential on the car is huge. probably hit 500+hp to the wheels easily at 20psi, for comparison the WRX sti only hits 300crank hp with 20psi.

*edit, to give some validity to the claim of 500hp, the last gen 300ZX can make just about exactly 500rwhp with 20lbs of boost.

Has anyone heard how close Greddy is on having this kit in production? Something in the high 300s to 400rwhp range would keep me very happy.

I don't know about having a turbo kit on a 350Z. Sounds really cool, but there have to be a ton of mods to hook it up I'd bet. Manifold and stuff, ya know?

Well i have emailed greddy about a gazillion times and they keep feeding me this automatic email. Judging from the pricing of the other turbo kits, im gonna guess it should cost about 3-4 thousand. The horsepower is good enough for me, i would like a good 350. I mean the internals of the car should handle that fine right? Plus add some blow off valves for that SPSSHHHHH!!!! and i think im done... give me some feed back here.

hmm... upon re-reading this thread, I realize that I meant that anything from high 300's to 400 CRANK HP would keep me happy...

close to 400rwhp and I would fall into a catatonic state of ecstasy

Everyone is saying "with the proper mods this kit will easily push out 500RWHP" what proper mods!!?? I have a friend who can get me this kit for 2G, so i'll have money to put stuff on it! I plan on putting forged pistons after I get the TT. But what other mods should I add to get me up to 20PSI???
thanks

You can get this kit for $2000? I find that very hard to believe.

There is no pricing information yet. But I can promise you retail will most likely be at least 3 times that amount. I have already posted all the up to date information that Greddy has. I will make new posts as more information comes out. I don't expect to see the kit for sale until late summer/ early fall. Trust me, we ALL are waiting anxiously for this kit. My car will be our shops guinea pig for it.
