Yeah do a search for them, the guy that did their motors and mine is Ted, www.scottperformance.us, he knows what he is doing, give him a call, real cool guy.
I took my car to 8000rpms before we started snapping belts after 7k. I have full Ferrea Valvetrain, +1mm Valves, Tomei 268's, and 5-axis Port and Polish.
I rev my car up to 8200rpm... (where the rev limiter is set) and no problem with all the mods to the engine everyday even at free revving without any loads...
But before I rebuilt the engine AGAIN, I bent the stock valves going 7500 with nismo springs... then I changed to Ferrea valvetrain set and going 8200rpm without any problem.. peak power at around 7500 to 7800rpm
i do have a question, since your powerband is so wide, does this mean you have less torque than usual until you hit like 5000rpm?
How is your powerband like? What i would imagine is something like a s2k? Less torque rpm for rpm with a tuned stock 350z redline untill you hit 5k. How is daily driving below 4k?
