UR Pulley Just Installed!!!
^^^Yes, the UR and KJR pulleys are aluminium and weigh about 2lbs where the stock one is around 8lbs. UR's whitepaper on their pulley attributes most of the performance gain from the weight savings, not because it's underdriven.

Not quite.
Being lighter means less rotational inertia so it takes less energy to spin the pulley up.
The smaller diameter means that it drives the accessories slower so less energy is spent on them.
