Has anyone had this problem or know what it is? I noticed today that when in 1st gear I reach 4000 RPMs, my transmission (or so I think) is making a rattling noise.

If I need to have tranny work done, will I still be covered under warranty if I've only got 40,000 miles? Thanks

There were lot's of tranny's replaced in the early 350Z's, mine being one of them. Nissan replaced it on warranty. Good idea to get an opinion on yours and have your dealer take it from there.
