Default Two engine dampers in Z

What would be the possible effects of 2 engine dampers installed in the engine bay. I already have stillen piece next to the power sterring area. I'm looking into buying a WR engine damper that goes on top of the STB. Would this be too much or better for the engine since it absorbs more engine vibration? Need input asap. Thanks!!

I was thinking about selling the stillen and keep the WR. Since the location is convenient for install, and i believe it works just as well if not better then stillen.

i was considering buying the stillen damper but everyone told me that it causes wayyy too much vibration through out the car and especially on the hood. is driving the car harder? and does it feel any better then stock?

You can definitely feel slightly more vibration on the pedals and steering wheel. That means the damper is working. Shifting is smoother and acceleration is better when WOT.

Vince...reducing the amount of torquing/movement of the engine does help as you've point out above but reducing that even more will also increase more chassis vibration since that will transfer through your dampeners. With that said, I don't think you will benefit any more of adding an additional engine dampener from what you already have now. If you are truely serious about reducing the amount of movement the engine makes, you might want to look into solid motor mounts but again this will increase chassis vibration as well.

Ok, thats the answer i was looking for. I think i will sell the stillen piece and go for the WR piece. Easier to install...Anyone here interested in a used Stillen Torque dampener? Used for a three months.... $80.00 and its yours.

The Z doesn't have a lot of movement in the engine in the first place so a second damper would probably be overkill.
