Default Dyno graph for 06 stock Z!!!!

Well I just got back from the shop where I got my dyno done this morning. Didnt do to bad for being bone stock. There was a Jetta there with a turbo that ran about 160HP, needless to say I surpassed that. Here is the dyno graph. I will have a video up in a few minutes as soon as youtube posts it.

I was so close to 250 I could taste it.... maybe next time..

Looks good. Stock I was 238. Add the MREV and your torque numbers will go up about 10-15

Only the MT ones. AT's are non-revups.

Nice numbers. I guess between the driveline and the dyno, you lost about 20%.

I don't know nothing about dynos, but I do know that the standard percentage of loss from fly to wheels is generally 16% - 18%.

Interesting to see. My 03 5AT on a Dynojet had almost the same numbers except reversed. 226 rwhp 248 rwt.

Now that we've cleared that up, is it a manual car or automatic?

No, I was there. They do a lot of race engines so they know what they are doing. And it was a Dynajet just like the OP.

Well if your car is rated 287hp and 274tq at the crank and power loss is say 15%, which as far as I know includes both power and torque, how is it you made so much more torque then hp at the wheels?

287x0.85 = 244
274x0.85 = 236

Sorry, just sounds to me like its wrong.

good to see a fellow 06' revup dynoing pretty much the same. U can search dyno post from me as i did the same thing earlier.. 250 whp and 228 lb/tq. My numbers also came from a dynojet w/ all 3 runs in 5th gear. I didnt have that dip in the a/f though... maybe has something to do w/ how they hit wot? but i did richen up after 5500 exactly like u did. Great #s i am thinking this should be appropriate since we make 300hp/260tq at the flywheel...and it is beyond 15% drivetrain loss...

My car is an MT and my pulls were from 4th gear..may be why the A/F was dipping.
