Stock Flywheel
I wish to avoid the noise that a lighten flywheel makes (see link), which is my a plan on not using one and only upgrade my clutch.

My question is, will the stock flywheel be able to with stand 550 rwhp max power???

I really don't know too much about this, but you should not forget that the stock unit is dual mass. I would imagine there is a point at which the internal springs are overwhelmed and/or the two peices break apart.
The clutch is going to be the bigger issue with the power you are talking about. There is nothing wrong with changing the clutch and keeping the stock flywheel. Others have done that. Its easier and less expensive to do them both at the same time if you want to change both.
I have the Nismo clutch and flywheel. I like them. The clutch is great. The flywheel is quiet except when the motor lags to below 2200 rpm while you give it gas. Of course its only about 8lbs less than stock. I think it is a good compromise. I have seen other lighter flywheels that chatter at idle and at other times. Like all performance mods its a tradeoff.
I have heard good things about the JWT clutch and flywheel, although the JWT flywheel has more chatter than the Nismo. But its even lighter.

Its a chatter, kind of metal vibrating sound. It usually only happens when the rpms lag and then you give it gas below 2200 rpm in any gear but first. Above 2200 rpm it goes away. If you keep the revs above 2200 rpm you don't hear it.
Yes a passenger could hear it. It is not all that loud, but certainly audible both inside and out of the car. The Nismo flywheel rarely chatters at idle like some other lighter flywheels do. Cold weather seems to make it chatter more too. Overall its a non issue for me because if you keep the rpms above 2200 you hardly ever hear it.
