When the car takes off from a standing start the engine is reving but Im going nowhere for a few seconds then all of a sudden the car feels like I just got rear ended and the car takes off. The dealership flushed out the injector system with chemicals, and the problem is still there, and I have tried different brands of Premium and Ultra grades of Exxon, Ultra 93, but the problem persists, Im thinking Transmission?, also at the same time this started happening, I now have to push the shifter forward and back after I park in order to get the key out of the ignition switch after I park.

I think this is a fact of life with the dual mass flywheel.
Your car is probably fine. Do you have any other reason to suspect problems, or just the sudden lurching forward on launch?
You may want to change the transmission and differential fluid. ESPECIALLY the diff fluid, which easily fills with sludge...
Wait... forgot to ask do you have a 5AT or 6MT??

I have a 5AT, the transmission fluid was changed once since I had it, I don't think the differential fluid has been touched, I take it to the dealership for all its service intervals, my car is a 2004 which I bought brand new.

Your transmission is definitely bad, or you do not have enough fluid. What is happening is that once you reach a certain speed with automatic transmissions, they "lock" to conserve energy. Your transmission is not functioning correctly, and it has to reach the lock RPM to go. It should engage immediately and smoothly as this is what the torque converter is for. Your torque converter is not functioning. If you still have a warranty, demand the dealer fix it as it will be costly if it is not under warranty.
