Unorthodox Racing will have a set available in 3-6 weeks. they have sent them into production. I Spoke to Shawn the owner on Tuesday. Any place that carries Unorthodox can get it. I know Z-1 Performance will probably be the first company because they are right around the corner from them.

thanks,

Jeff,

Would you happen to know if the 350z and the Maxima have the same alternator and power steering pulley part numbers? Us Maxima owner have been trying to convince Unorthodox to make us accessory pulleys but have not been successful.

So Smithtown Nissan was the dealership that Shawn from Unorthodox must have been talking about. I called Shawn once i got my car to see if he need it for R&D for flywheel and pulleys, but he told me a local dealership gave them to use a car. So the picture you see is of an Unorthodox pulley. Should be able to pick them up first at either dealeship or Z-1 Performance. I have a feeling Z-1 might have better price, but I could be wrong.

thanks,
Turbo03

Sorry, don't know if the parts are the same or not, but Nissan does have different part numbers for the A33/A34 Maxima and the 350Z. I don't carry these parts in stock yet to measure them, but I have asked a couple techs to look at the 2 cars side by side. Both said the p/s pulley is different but the Alt pulley "LOOKS" the same.

big waste of money

not enough bang for you buck...
theres much more worthy and noticable things u can do to that car with what the pullies will cost to buy and install.

Depends on your dealer. We are a mod friendly dealer. We will overlook any mods that didn't cause what-ever you're warranting. An internal engine failure or an alternator failure would not be caused by an underdrive pulley so should be covered. You need to check with your local dealer and see what thier attitude is about modifications. I can only tell you about us.

most dealers arnt that nice.....especially nissan.

i was charged 2200.00 on my return after leasing a 97ultima. minor damage..ie. paint chips and so on. they said they'd waive the fee if i released with them.....no thanks.

my celica was tore up when i retured it specially after i took everything out of it........BUT they even gave me my deposit back even after knowing i wasnt going to release with them. great company. when toyota comes out with something new (not supra) like the Z im there.

but for now my Z is juuust fine
but nissan sucks
but the Z is nice

New dyno next week..
Sorry for the delay in getting the Mod available as promissed.

I am pushing hard for this to work, if the HP gains are not value priced, then it was a fun excersise. But we have high hopes that this will add real HP, for Minor $$

More updates to follow.
