Thumbs up NEW PRODUCT: AAM Fuel Return System - Basic!

We are proud to officially release our newest fuel system, the AAM Spec Fuel Return System - Basic.

The highly-engineered AAM Spec Fuel Return System - Basic is a great stepping stone for anyone who wants the reliability of a Fuel Return System on a budget or has a NA (naturally aspirated) setup and would like the ability to regulate fuel pressure. With the ability to support 450rwhp, this system is very similar to our prestigious AAM Spec Fuel Rail Return System but utilizes the factory fuel rails (the AAM Spec Fuel Rail Return System comes with two Billet Fuel Rails and converts the factory fuel flow through each rail simultaniously for 475+hp).

The AAM Fuel Return System - Basic for the Nissan 350Z and Infiniti G35 is a direct bolt-on kit that converts the current factory “return less” fuel system to a full return fuel system. The “return less” system in the 350Z & G35 offers minimal adjustment to the amount of fuel the engine can receive. This type of system is cheaper for the factory to manufacture and works okay in a stock factory naturally aspirated setup, but has several draw backs when you go to forced induction.

One negative aspect of the factory return-less system in the 350Z & G35 is that the factory fuel pressure regulator is installed in the fuel tank. The factory fuel pressure regulator does not allow fuel pressure adjustments and is incapable of holding consistent fuel pressure with most aftermarket fuel pumps. The factory fuel pressure regulator is also unable to add fuel pressure under boost. This system is a must have for any forced induction supercharged or turbocharged vehicle and any big shot nitrous vehicles because the AAM Spec system removes the factory regulator's control (or lack thereof) of fuel pressure and replaces the control with a precision vacuum/boost sensitive adjustable fuel pressure regulator. This allows you to now adjust both the level of base fuel pressure and increase fuel pressure under boost.

LIMITED TIME INTRODUCTORY PRICING $499.99

BENEFITS:

• Adjustable base fuel pressure (35psi to 65psi)
• Controllable and consistent fuel pressure with aftermarket high-flow
fuel pump
• Increases fuel pressure under boost (about one pound of fuel pressure for each pound of boost)
• Retains the full function of the factory gas tank fuel transfer system
• Increased fuel delivery reliability

The AAM Spec Fuel Return System - Basic is a bolt-in kit and includes billet CNC'd adapters for the factory fuel rail assembly, –AN stainless braided fuel lines and fittings from the factory fuel rail assembly to the pressure regulator and from the pressure regulator to the fuel tank (completely pre-assembled and pressure tested to greatly decrease installation time), precision Aeromotive 1:1 boost referenced fuel pressure regulator, fuel pressure gauge, and a full set of instructions with pictures for a straight forward installation. A must for any high-horsepower 350Z and G35!

Over the last two years we have poured an immense amount of resources into designing, engineering, and building fuel systems for the 350Z and G35. This kit incorporates everything we've learned and will perform to an exceptional degree. All billet components are built on our in-house CNC mill to extreme precision. The stainless braided lines in the kit come preassembled and pressure tested to ensure superb fit and performance out of the box. If you are an enthusiast who’s serious about performance then this upgrade is a must!
