ran across this on the g forumn.....
"If you guys don't like the notchiness, I think I heard a guy took his to the dealer who just adjusted the guideplates and the notchiness is gone."

 

Not grinding, but it does do "vibrate" when I put my hand over it. This is normal right? That seems to be what I'm getting at.

 

Did they change the tranny from the 04 to the 06's or is my gearbox just real notchy.

Last night I drove a friends Z (06), keep in mind his is mostly stock with nismo shifter and it felt smooth.

Then I drove my Z (04 with Greddy TT and Nismo GT Shift ****) it is hard to get into gear and down shift just overall rougher. I was wondering if they changed anything or is it just my car.
