I have an 06 base 6spd with open differential and just bought the quaife atb. Is there anything
extra that I need to buy to have the part installed? (i.e. gaskets, or other parts?)

 

Youll need to get a gresse type paint so you can check the mesh on the gears and maybe a set of shims so you can correct it. DOnt need a gasket just some RTV for the cover. You will also need new bearings pressed in.

 

I like to here how satisfied you were with it. Which I know it will be great. But I liked to here your opinion.

 

God choice for your base model 350Z. You will thoroughly enjoy it. You will also need a set of bearings/races since the old ones will likely be damaged if you try to remove them. The bearings will need to be pressed in.

Your shop should have everything needed to do this. Backlash should be checked, but I have yet to see one out of spec.

 

When the part gets installed, I'll let you guys know how it is. I'm expecting to be pleased with it.
