Before I start my FI build whats the best or safest EMS and return setup? Also if I go with the TN kit will there piggy back be safe?

TN does not come with a piggyback. It comes with a reflash of your stock ECU. I myself don't really like that idea but that's what they do and it does work. I'd get a UTEC or EU and not even deal with a reflash. As for a return system I suggest the CJM stg. 1 setup.

The TN ST kit comes with 380cc injectors, 255 Fuel Pump, and an ECU Flash in standard form. Many customer purchase the TN Tuner Kit which does not come with the fuel components so they add the following:

-UTEC Engine Management Computer
-440cc Injectors & Clips
-Walboro Fuel Pump
-NGK FI Spark Plugs - one heat range colder
