350EVO Terrible Service, 3.91 FD issue
the only reason i went through them was because they had them in stock, and we used to deal with them when I was back over at perf. nissan.
I never thought they'd deal with me, or any customer in this manner.
I would have been fired if I was this terrible at following up back at my old job...

Ok, the gear set finally came in, however I've not recieved any emails back in reply to mine that I sent last week. I guess it doesn't matter now.
Glad that after a month I finally got my stuff.
But if you want good customer service, and a company that actually follows up and does what they say they will do, or if you even want to be able to get in contact with them, DON'T DEAL WITH 350EVO.
This is the first time i've ever had bad service in this industry like this.

Wow, I feel bad! The road get very complicated but I can simplify it! As well as pull my official support of 350Evo.
BJ who formerly was heading up 350Evo now is the only man really who returns emails or occassionally phone calls. However he really has no affiiation with the company anymore since they split off!
BJ does what he does, races cars. He is currently raicng Querincea Daytona Prototype and DE events for PCA. 350Evo sold their grand-am cup cars. and McKeal (sp) owner of 350Evo along with some other newbies are seperate completely from Wright Motorsports the business which is owned and operated by Jon Wright. (They race and build Porsches) Wright Tuning (now Wright Motorsports) handled the day to day for the internet company 350evo and was the faces and voices you heard. You stillmay be able to get into contact with BJ but seriously I am not sure his affiliation with Mckeal anymore since the recent development of wright motorsports new shifter kart track and country club... Wright Motorsports has done all the installs on my Z either under the name of 350Evo or Wright Tuning or Wright Motorsports... The faces there have not changed yet they have not really worked on too many Z since the seperation! I however would trust them morethan any other shop in my local area to handle the Z and the 3.9 install since they have done so many. These guys were also the same ones who were the pit crew for the grand-am Zs so they know their Z33 chasis pretty well. I am in contact with BJ quite often and have seen McKeal as few times. If you want me to pass anything along I would be more than glad. Also most parts 350Evo has leftin stock should still be housed at the Wright Motorsports Shop.
As for 350Evo, they are slow and from what i was told have intentions on reviving the site and coming back. The only problem is the persons running the site!
PM me with any questions, I am no expert but I keepmy ear to the ground pretty well.
This used to be 350Evo of sorts...

350evo used to be great, but once they stopped racing the 350z their service went down the toilet. I've always been treated well by them whenever I purchased stuff, but i've heard nothing but bad experiences with them as of late.
WTH are u guys still doing up ? hahahaha
yeah, i never thought that they'd rip me and NOT ship my stuff, but i was frustrated with never being able to get a hold of anyone, and never could even get a tracking number. It was like pulling teeth to get anything done.

Also in Wright Tuning's Defense lack of communication between them and 350Evo for shipments is very high right now... Especially since Wright is often out racing and tuning their cars.
