Default Slight "bang" when accelerate in low rpm

Hi,

I just got my 06 350Z and I notice a slight "bang" when I accelerate suddenly (NOT full throttle, just half way of the gas pedal) in low rpm (below around 3.5k?). I think it comes from the back but I am not 100% sure. It seems normal if I step on the gas pedal slowly/progressively. Is this normal? Motor is stock.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

No, unless there is a bowling ball in the back. Is it a 5 spd?

Have you made any adjustments (clutch) or installed any mods to it yet?

might be your diff mount(s) are broken - is it a new car? (My old RX-7 had the front diff mount break...everytime I slammed on the gas, the diff would hit the bottom of the car and make a 'thud' sound...not too hard to fix, but a bit of a pain to get underneath and figure out what was broken.)
