^^To get what you're after, it sounds like a $30k mission.

It's gonna take a lot more than 330hp to get to low 11s.

He is my deal. I love my Z. but so many are the same. Im considering an engine swap to meet hp gains but I really haven't decided on if i should take the HR which im sure is gonna cost just short of life. I also did not know that much about converting form RWD to AWD. I figured it was costly but didnt know it was only possible in AT which is an automatic uh uha no thanks for me.I just want a car thats low 11's. that is a monseter of a N/A engine with a car that has handels like a cat.

After you add all that AWD hardware to the Z, it will be such a pig that you will need FI in order make up for the weight gain. After all is said in done, you'll probably have spent enough to just buy an EVO or an STi and accomplish what you are looking for minus the looks.

How about a C6 Z06 that comes with a warranty?

you will not make a 350z n/a into low 11s, especially AWD N/A. It'll be too heavy.

Besides the fact that a highly tuned n/a car has a for-shat powerband. If you spend the money wisely and build the VQ, you'll have absolutely no reason to not be in the 11s with boost.

Or even a bolt-on c5 Z06 and a little squirt...if you can find an 04 you will still have a warranty and can get it extended and just throw a set of long tubes, exhaust and an intake on it, 100 shot will last forever(warranty with be done-zoh). With some decent driving i bet you could see a high 10 there. I bet you could get mid 11s without the nitrous if you want that warranty.

Not going to happen unless your planing on spending alot of money on labor and parts or become one hell of a fabrcator and still spend a ton of money on parts.

I'm not sure if you really know what your asking for. 330whp will be about 90whp over stock. While there are a few ways that you can go about it start thinking major engine work. I don't think that it would be hard just alot of money. Stand alone ecu, larger injectors, LOTS of head work cams etc etc. Milling the heads for more compression new head studs forged rods pistons.
I would say race gas but looking into e85 today makes me wonder that maybe you could get by on it (100-105octane) New intake like the cosworth or custom. Now if your useing the factory rateing of 287/300 flywheel then sure 330hp no problem bolt ons and a tune.

Never done an AWD conversion and have no desire to try. I'm with Jermey on this one get some Drag radials for the street and learn to drive.
Lastly lets assume you'll change low 11s into 11.99sec. 330whp could get you there but you better start striping out everything that doesn't make the car go foward ditch the front sway bar and add a new dialed in suspension it's still going to be a stretch

I have a better idea buy a used r32-r33 motorex imported skyline and crank the boost.
