My expierence with them is this.

They are local for me and when I called them on pricing for several items they were way over priced. Friend took his Supra to them to have a leak down test run. They over charged him for it and did a compression test instead. They told him they did a leak down and charged him for one. They told him the only solution was to replace the engine for 12k to fix his problem. After he came to his senses and took the car to my guy found out he only needed to do about $1200 worth of work to correct his problem. He was charged $350 total for a compression test that should have only cost about $100 at the most.

I dont like to talk bad about others, but these guys from what I can tell are a joke.

Thumbs down

I don't see many "performance parts", rather a bunch of body kits.

Angry Buyer Beware, Help ?

I ordered a part from Intense Motorsports about 1 month ago. They said it would need to come from Japan, and would take 5 weeks. I have tried to call them for the last week now, and all I get is something that sounds like someones personal mailbox, and it says the subscriber is not taking messages at this time. I feel like they took my money and ran, or went out of business. If anyone is local to them, possibly they could help me out, and let me know if they are still in business etc.. I would appreciate that, thanx.

Intense Motorsports has a bad rating with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). They have negative reviews on this site.

They sent a member right hand drive spec headers instead of USDM left hand. Go figure.

They don't respond to their e-mails either.

yeah, that is weird. i've been corresponding via email with them today about the Vertex body kit and they responded back right away a few times. hmmm... i've heard of the BBB thing too but i really want this kit and they're being very responsive with me. maybe they've cleaned up their act?

I would just be careful that they don't play nice until your money is in their hands.

After all the negative reviews I've heard from them I would not chance doing business with them... but that's just me.

when i first spent my first 1000.00 with them they were very nice. i got my SES for 869.00 shipped. but when i ordered my shifter and shift **** they said it would take a month to get them. i canceled the order by phone AND by email. i got my parts four days later through HopUpRacing.com.
However, when my credit card statement came in, they charged me. When i called they said the part was already shipped. i asked for a shipping number. i got nothing.

finally they admitted to shipping nothing. Strike 1

Next i had ordered a CF Radiator Panel. that was on backorder so they suggested selling me a different Cf panel for more. (different company) well a few weeks later i finally get the panel and they charged my credit card the more expensivce price. to my surprise i find that the panel they sent me was the original cheaper one that i had originally wanted.

Strike-2

i will no longer refer them to anyone. if anyone from intense reads this, i hope you be happy to know that i will make it my goal to see that future customers of you know what your all really about.

NOTHING!

hey look i got a supra fast supra too!

That car is legit, it's been running around Phoenix for several years now. I've had nothing but good experiences with Intense, having purchased probably 5-6 different things in the past. They stock a lot of Z/G35 stuff as well. But I'm local so it's much easier to physically see something and buy it than go through the process of ordering it via-phone or email.
