Did you try looking for one in type 316 stainless? That would be as corrosive resisitent as you can get, and are more common than special coated hardware.

Its for mounting a set of brake calipers to the brakets.

Length i need is 60mm. I tried one local place i know of but they just had plain steel.

McMaster-Carr has the same steel ones but nothing with a finish.
Metric Class 12.9 Alloy Socket Head Cap Screw M12 Thread, 60mm Length, 1.25mm Special Pitch

I wanted to find something thats not going to get surface rust.

zinc (gold) finish should be easy, not sure about the blue though. the guys i use have a 20,000 sq ft warehouse filled with nothing but bolts, and access to basically every manufacturer in the u.s. they are the only ones who found the bolts needed for my head mod (that came from germany). if it is made, they can get it.
