Count the teeth on the ring and divide that by the number of teeth on the pinion.

just lift up the back of the car (put it in neutral) put a mark on the tire and ground or fender, then a mark on your driveline and the pumpkin. rotate the tire one exact full revolution, and count how many times your driveshaft turns.
out of the car, do what underpressure said. divide the number of teeth on the ring gear by the number of teeth on the pinion.
